Andarrio Johnson is the owner and founder of A.M.J. Catering. It was founded in May 2004 in Columbia, South Carolina. Andarrio Johnson is a South Carolina native, born and raised in Hilton Head Island. As a graduate of Johnson and Wales University, a prestigious hospitality and culinary institution, he specialized in Southern and French cuisines. Chef Andarrio started out in the restaurant business in 1994 where he worked at the Crown Plaza Resort in Hilton Head Island. As an apprentice at the resort, he learned the basics in culinary arts. At that moment, he was inspired to take cooking to the next level. Chef Andarrio also offers private chef work. He provides a service to prepare meals for your home if you do not have the time to cook. The cuisines can last up to two weeks. Besides making delicious and scrumptious dishes, he provides nutritional meals for weight loss. As a chef, consulation is also a part of his expertise to enrich his clients.
