Born and raised in East Northport, NY. Began my career cooking at the Chicago Pizza Pub in 1977, where I started at the bottom and worked my way to head chef in two years. Attended the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), graduating in 1985. Held many high end positions since graduating, including; banquet department at the Garden City Hotel, Private Chef for an Ambassador and his wife, Executive chef at the Embers at Northport, NY, Banquet Chef at Crescent Beach Club, Bayville, NY and most recently as a Private Chef for 2 doctors in Old Westbury, NY. Currently operating my own In Home Caterering business “Anthony’s Island Caterers”.
