Chef Bill Giambra has been in the culinary industry for over 25 years. He started at age 17 in a small Italian restaurant. Bill learned to be a chef with hands on experience and great tutelage from many chefs who were willing to take the time to teach him proper cooking skills, attitude, and professionalism. Chef Giambra was most influenced by Chef Brad Yearwood (C.E.C) and William Dunn (C.E.C) who he had the privilege of working with for 7 years.
Bill's specialty is Italian cuisine. His passion is to create many different dishes. Cooking is Bill's passion and constant source of inspiration. He is currently the Executive Chef at La Bella Vita Bistro in Webster, NY. The owners and staff all share the same passion for great food and excellent service. He feels proud and privileged to be part of a team striving for that very goal every day.
