Brad Rust has been cooking professionally for over 15 years. His interest in cooking began at a young age. While spending time with his father they found themselves watching Cooking Shows on PBS. Watching turned into cooking what they had learned and the rest is history. Brad went to the prestigious Culinary Institute of America. After culinary school he had his internship at Hilton Head Island where he worked at the Crown Plaza Resort. There he learned about professionalism and honed his knowledge of seafood and fine dining. He then worked his way through the ranks working in many restaurants and hotels. Brad achieved rave reviews as the Executive Chef of BoBo's 33 Wowing patrons and critics alike. He is now the Sous Chef of the Desmond Hotel and Conference Center where he oversees all aspects of the kitchen. Here he uses his 15 years of experience to train his staff and uphold the high expectations of the guests of the Desmond.
