Having grown up in the culinary industry,it is my passion, my profession and my life. I started as a dishwasher in my parents restaurant when I was thirteen and began on my career path. Before long I was assisting a classically trained french Chef. He taught me to take pride in your work no matter what the task. That always stuck with me and inspires me still today .I worked under him for four years and then moved on to S.U.N.Y.Farmingdale to further my culinary career. I graduated with my degree in Restaurant Management. After that I went on to work for Hilton Hotel's ,where I spent the next seven years of my career. I worked my way up through the ranks as a grill cook,saute cook,Saucier and Sous Chef. Having mastered the skills of my craft I was ready for my first chef job. I was the Chef for H.R.S. Singleton's Classical American Grill .From there I moved on to The Weeping Willow where I was the Banquet Chef eventually moving up to Executive Chef and working at that position for five years running a five hundred seat catering hall and seven cafeterias. After a short stint at Restaurant Depot as Perishables Manager where I ran all perishable departments at a weekly revenue of one and a half million dollars I found myself being pulled back into the culinary world. I went to work for Elegant Affairs as an off-premise catering Chef where I am still this day. Catering to the likes of some of the worlds most famous celebrities and stars.
