Born In Uzbekistan (former USSR), lived there till I was 6 years old and spend most of my childhood and early teen years in Israel. At 14, my family moved to Brooklyn NY. Upon graduating from High School, I've joined the US Navy and was stationed in Japan for almost 4 years. I've been exposed to food since I was a little kid. There is a rich history of Uzbekistan Cuisine
While stationed in Japan I fell in love with the Japan! its culture, its food, everything in Japan is in form of an Art. Simple colorful dishes and yet so delicious.
I decided to prusue a culinary degree at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park NY. I now have 10 years of culinary hospitality experience, working in 8 different hospitality sectors. Currently & recently I decided to sell my culinary expertise as a personal chef/Menu development.
