I was born and raised in Mexico City. I was trained in Sonoma County by Chef Eric Lee and have worked for the past 7 years at Constellation Wines as a winery Chef. My role involves preparing food for the sale people who sell our wines around the country. I prepare around 1,500 three (3) course meals a year for: Franciscan Estates Winery in Napa, Estancia, Wilde Horse, Paso Creek in Monterey, Ravenswood in Sonoma, Kim Crawford, Ruffino and Tintara. Cooking is my passion my Motto in the kitchen is "cook or die" my other passions in life are my Wife and daughter.
