Camille Walker is the head chef and owner of SousTitres Catering. After obtaining her degree at The Culinary Academy in Manhattan, Camille worked for many popular restaurants such as The Bellagio in Las Vegas and The Russian Tea Room in Manhattan. After years of cooking for numerous companies, she decided to branch off and start her own business. She wanted to focus on what comes naturally to her, Jamaican cuisine, which is her nationality. Her passion for Jamaican food stems from all of the herbs, spices and natural resources from the land. Camille hopes to show people how to create such beautiful aromatic dishes from her homeland.
