Dino Gatto is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America.  He has been the Executive Chef at the famous Rao's Restaurant in East Harlem, New York for the past 14 years.  He began there as a sous chef with a recommendation from his uncle, who was a customer of Rao' s for 25 years.  Prior to Rao's, Dino worked at the Vista Hotel, The Helmsley, and Arizona 206 in New York City.
