Hi! My name is Heather! I am a current student at New England Culinary Institute.  I am 26 years old and have been cooking for most of my life.

My first real restaurant job came when I was 18, and I loved it! I completed 2 years of Culinary Training at the local Vocational school, then set off for some adventures before returning home to go back to College.  At 22 years old I started studying at the Academy of Culinary Arts in Atlantic City, New Jersey and completed my certificate in Baking and Pastry.  After taking a couple year break I traveled to New England to study at NECI, a well recognized college in the industry.  I am working towards completing my Associates in Baking & Pastry.

Food has always been my passion and my love.  I cant wait to create something new and amazing for people to try.  The joy of seeing the look on their face when they are eating something that I have done is so rewarding.

I hope to have an opportunity to show you a wide range of recipes, from desserts, to entrees, side dishes, and maybe even some drinks! I also am hoping to be able to show you some different techniques.

I am what I like to consider a well rounded chef, and am really looking forward to sharing with you all!
