Chef Ryn Dorsey has two culinary degrees, an associates of applied science in professional cooking and baking from Baltimore International College, and a Master of Italian Regional Cuisine from the Italian Culinary Institute in Calabria, Italy. She is an advocate of the slow food movement and has an extensive edible garden where she promotes conservation and preservation of home grown, local and sustainable, seasonal foods. Together with fiance, J Spencer Yeich, they hope to impress the importance of living sustainably and healthy upon everyone they meet.
