Kimberly worked her way up the ranks in the kitchen starting as a cookie filler when she was 13 years old. From there she then became a bagel baker and eventually worked her way up to cook professionally in the hotel/restaurant industry. Kimberly is currently a Sous Chef at Page One Restaurant located in downtown Glen Cove, NY working under Executive Chef and Co-owner Jeanine DiMenna. After 5 years of being a kitchen manager, she finally obtained the opportunity to be a Sous Chef and could not be happier than working here.
