I'm 25yrs old from Birmingham, Alabama with a love and true passion for food. I've been cooking professionally for 8yrs, but as a child I enjoyed cooking for my family. I have a Culinary Arts degree from Virgina College Culinard in Birmingham, Alabama. I am currently the Executive Chef at Huckleberry Farm in Jasper, Alabama, and yes it is a farm, but nothing like what you are probably thinking! We do weddings, banquets, corporate parties, and many other kinds of events. I add a twist to the traditional southern style, and make the ordinary, extraordinary!
