A talented chef, or so he's been told, that has an advanced knowledge in the field of culinary.Born and raised on the island of St.Thomas, for 9 years he has been in many different positions honing his skills as an artist. Over the years he's developed hi personal cooking style, that is upscale Caribbean and is currently working toward finishing a book. he has dabbled a bit in molecular gastronomy and is also very adept at pastry! His philosophy on food is to "make it about the food! this is an art that requires a level of craftsmanship, and although speed, accuracy, and volume are supporting elements, we cannot sacrifice quality for any of these. We should always strive to make it about the food because that’s what chefs do, they cook food!" Being raised in the Caribbean, and although having a broad knowledge of the culinary arts, he chose his particular cooking style as a way to bring respect and admiration to Caribbean cuisine, which is often overlooked.
