Chef Logi has always gravitated towards the kitchen and he knew from an early age that he was born to cook. He turned his passion for food into a way of living. Logi graduated from Hotel-og matvaelaskolinn, Kopavogur, Iceland in 2009 and he did his apprenticeship program at the prestigious Hotel Holt, Reykjavik, Iceland. From there he transferred to his family restaurant, and today he runs the kitchen at Hofnin, Reykjavik.


Logi is a member of the Icelandic junior culinary team. He participated in a skill cooking competition in Iceland and won the gold.
