Michael Brown, the dedicated owner and chef of Michael’s Event Catering, was born in southern New Jersey and has been cooking for over 10 years. He received an Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts from John and Wales University after working for various esteemed catering and banquet companies. After studying and traveling extensively, Michael decided to open his own business committed to taking care of the one thing that all of the other companies forget about: the customer.
