Born in Brooklyn, N.Y. into large Italian family, where family cooking is a sport. I was raised with a deep love and passion towards cooking and the joy it brings others. I have been cooking rustic Italian cuisine since age 4, this is when I rolled my first meatball. I hold a degree in Business Management from Upsala College. I am going on 16 years of professional cooking and I take the responsibilities of being a Chef very serious.
