Phil Trebour started his career at a local pizzeria (Pizza Masters) in Bayonne, NJ. It was there where he learned the basics of cooking. He worked all through High School. After a few years, he was presented with an opportunity to open his own establishment. He partnered with his mentor and close friend. Together they opened Café Bello in 1992 located in Bayonne, New Jersey. Café Bello offers its patrons authentic Italian cuisine. Their approach has been the same since opening; the food is always prepared with the highest quality and freshest ingredients. Each guest is treated as a friend or family member and Phil is deeply appreciative of the loyalty he receives from his cliental. In 2001, he opened another restaurant called The Pointe where they offer an American-Continental and Seafood Cuisine. The Pointe is located in the waterfront community of Port Liberte in Jersey City.
