(RICK) RAIMONDI: This Chef has many years in Professional Food Service; Is a graduate of, The Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, NY, 1993;Is a member of: The American Culinary Federation & World Association of Chef's Societies.He has been National Restaurant Association, ServSafe certified since 1999. He is an Owner/Partner of Charcuterie International LTD. (producing specialty charcuterie product by client request). He is educated in, and practices: Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points of food contamination in manufacture, production and service. (H.A.C.C.P.). Working in the Health care Industry, Chef Rick is acutely aware of confidentiality and is H.I.P.A.A. educated. As well as being a professionally trained chef, Chef Rick is trained and experienced in fine dining table & wine service. He is a published restaurant critic, a contributing author to the "Campaign For Kids" cookbook & is a Chef Instructor. (While relaxing, the Chef likes to study Anthropology & Archaeology, in relation to agriculture, food production, and those contributions to the rise of civilizations.)
