When I was about 12 years old I started cooking by helping my dad prpeare a veal dish. It was scalopini w/ prosciutto, gruyere & cream. It was one of his favorites & mine too. As I got older I started working in kitchens part time & once I was a teenager I figured BOCES cooking was a good way to get out of school & meet girls. I was wrong, it was mostly boys & not girls. I also realized how much I enjoyed cooking. I then decided to further my culinary education and attended the Culinary Institute of America Graduated in 1993. I started working in kitchens & my passion grew. I fell in love with the excitement & creativity of the kitchen & soon felt at home. When I owned my own restaurant I met my wife & adventually started a family. I have made some amazing friends & have alot of wonderfull memories due to the culinary arts.
