Executive Chef, Sean Chudoba, has experience working at fine establishments such as Le Cirque 2000, Rue 57 and Bette. His desire to pursue a career in culinary arts is attributable to the inspiration of his mother. He was raised in a family that was extremely passionate about food and he channeled that enthusiasm into a rewarding self taught career. His creativity and passion for food demonstrates itself in his unique menus. One can describe and characterize the menu as modern French-Italian Fusion. In addition, Chef Sean also creates menus & restaurant consults. He has hosted cooking demos at Williams Sonoma. He has appeared on FoodNetworks's "Chopped" Cooking Competition in February 2009. Chef Sean's cuisine has been reviewed and has appeared in several publications such as TimeOut NY, New York Magazine, Dining Out, Next, BehindtheBurner.com and ChefsIndex.com. Chef Sean currently is the Executive Chef of Bello Squardo in New York City. He most recently participated in the New Taste of the Upper West Side in May 2010. In October 2010 Sean will be participating in NYC FoodNetwork’s Wine & Food Festival. He also has volunteered his time with “Chefs Move to School” Program, a part of the Mrs. Obama’s “Let’s Move!” campaign to end the epidemic of childhood obesity.
