Description
A variation of the traditional Japanese 5 Spice. This rub is great on fish or any grilled meat. If you're using on fish you may want to grind the spice finer than you would if you were using on meat.

Directions
- In a spice grinder, add peppercorns and coriander and blend
- Add all other ingredients and pulse until desired consistency is reached
