A perfect appetizer for any holiday or special occasion. Baked Brie wrapped in pastry dough with apple compote and sun dried cranberries. You will be surprised at how easy this is to make!

Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- Place 1 sheet of pastry dough on a floured, clean surface
- Using a floured rolling pin, flatten pastry dough and roll out into a square shape
- Brush off extra flour with a dry towel
- Take the wheel of brie and place in center of dough
- Draw a circle around brie with egg wash
- Remove brie from dough
- Evenly lay the apple chutney into egg wash "circle" and flatten
- Add cranberries over apple chutney
- Place brie right on top of chutney
- Brush egg wash over top of brie
- Cut a bit of excess dough over corners, make a small slice down center of each corner
- Take corners of dough and wrap tightly around brie
- Gently take top of brie and turn it over
- Place brie on a parchment covered sheet pan
- Shape brie with hands, wipe off excess flour with towel
- Take other piece of pastry and cut into 1/2" long strips
- Brush egg wash over entire brie
- Place 5 strips of dough evenly over top of brie
- Layer next 5 strips in a basket weave (see video on how)
- Cut off hanging edges of dough
- Press down edges and shape brie
- Brush egg wash over entire top and sides of brie again
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes
- Bake in oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown
- Let sit for 20 minutes before serving
- Serve with water crackers and garnish with red grapes
