Ingredients

• 1/4  Cup(s) Balsamic Vinegar

• 1  Cup(s) Olive Oil

• 1/2  Cup(s) Gorgonzola Cheese, crumbled

• 1  Table Spoon(s) Heavy Cream

Directions

1. In a bowl, add the balsamic vinegar then whisk in the olive oil to slowly combine.
2. Once combined, whisk in the heavy cream to give the dressing a nice creamy texture.
3. Add the Gorgonzola cheese and mix.
