Description

Ingredients

  • 4  Each Eggs
  • 1
  • 1  Cup(s) Sugar
  • 2
  • 1  Cup(s) Vegetable Oil
  • 3
  • 1  Cup(s) Milk
  • 4
  •  Pinch Salt
  • 5
  • 3  Cup(s) Flour
  • 6
  • 3  Tea Spoon(s) Baking Powder
  • 7
  •  To Taste Nutmeg
  • 8
  •  To Taste Cinnamon
  • 9
  •  Tea Spoon(s) Blueberries
  • 10

Directions

    1. In a bowl mix eggs and sugar together so the sugar desolves.
    2. Add milk and stir.
    3. Add oil and stir.
    4. Add a pinch of salt.
    5. Add baking powder, nutmeg and cinnamon in with the flour and mix.
    6. Now add the dry ingredients in with the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
    7. Spoon the batter into lined muffin tins (or tins that have been lightly greased).
    8. Add 3 blueberries for each mini muffin.
    9. Bake at 350 F for 12 to 15 min.
    10. Bake until they are starting to turn a light golden and the tops spring back to the touch.  A toothpick should come out clean.
