Pots de creme (pot of cream) is a traditional French custard. This is a creamy, rich chocolate custard dessert. Pot de creme, or pot-au-creme translates from French to English as "pot of cream".

Directions
- In a sauce pan, heat heavy cream and milk to scalding
- Remove from heat, add bourbon and vanilla, whisk thoroughly
- While continuing to whisk, slowly add yolks to warm mixture
- Pour over chocolate and stir gently to melt
- Stir and place over bain marie and 'cook' mixture to 175 degrees
- Pour into serving glasses and refrigerate for approximately 2-3 hours
- Serve and enjoy
