Description

This is a raw broccoli salad with greek yogurt and is a wonderful side dish. Healthy, light and a touch of sweetness.


Ingredients

  • 3/4  Cup(s) Broccoli
  • 1
  • ½  Each Red Onion
  • 2
  • 1 1/2  Cup(s) Greek Yogurt
  • 3
  • 2  Table Spoon(s) Honey
  • 4
  • 1  Table Spoon(s) Water
  • 5
  • 1/2  Cup(s) Cranberries, dried
  • 6
  • 1/3  Cup(s) Roasted Walnuts
  • 7

Directions

    1. Dice onion and cut broccoli into small pieces.
    2. In another bowl whisk together greek yogurt, honey and water.
    3. Combine yogurt, onions and broccoli.
    4. Add cranberries, walnuts to the mix and blend together.
    5. Garnish with micro-greens.
    6. Enjoy!
