Description

This is a simple and quick brownie recipe that is delicious and moist every time. Serve with Ice Cream or Milk.


Ingredients

  • 4  Ounce(s) Weight Chocolate, bitter sweet
  • 1
  • 8  Ounce(s) Weight Butter, unsalted
  • 2
  • 1 1/2  Cup(s) Sugar
  • 3
  • 4  Each Eggs
  • 4
  • 2  Pinch Salt
  • 5
  • 2  Tea Spoon(s) Vanilla Extract
  • 6
  • 1 3/4  Cup(s) Flour, all purpose
  • 7

Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
    2. Melt butter and chocolate over a double boiler
    3. Whisk in the sugar, salt and vanilla extract
    4. Whisk in one egg at a time, slowly, until all 4 are mixed in
    5. Gently fold in the flour until incorporated, don't over mix
    6. Butter the foil and place in a 9" x 12" baking pan
    7. Pour batter into pan and bake 15 to 20 minutes
    8. Rotate the pan half way through

Very nice

Beautiful looking brownies !! I have to try that one. There was this sales man that came to me the other day and was trying to sell me some brownie mix, taste like crap !! Thank you for this :)
