Ingredients

  • 3  Pound(s) Chicken wings

  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Red pepper flakes
  • 2
  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Black pepper
  • 3
  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) White pepper
  • 4
  • 2  Tea Spoon(s) Paprika
  • 5
  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Garlic powder
  • 6
  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Salt
  • 7
  • 2  Tea Spoon(s) Dried oregano
  • 8
  • 1/2  Cup(s) Vegetable oil

Directions

    1. Pouch wings for 10 minutes in boiling water.
    2. Mix all the ingredients for your marinade in a bowl and allow your wings to marinade in the refrigerator for 1 hours.
    3. Fry the pouched wings in 350 degree oil until they are golden brown. Don't be afraid of over cooking them.
    4. After frying drain the oil from the wings by placing them on paper towels or newspaper.
    5. Then toss them in the hot sauce, see accompanying recipe.

     

     

     

    Buffalo Chicken Wing Hot Sauce

    Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup(s) Tomato sauce
  • 2 Table Spoon(s) Water
  • 1 Tea Spoon(s) Cumin
  • 1 Tea Spoon(s) Dried oregano
  • 1 Tea Spoon(s) Ground red chile powder
  • 1 Tea Spoon(s) Salt
  • 1 Tea Spoon(s) Ground black pepper
  • 2 Table Spoon(s) Tabasco sauce
  • 2 Table Spoon(s) Cider vinegar
  • Directions

    1. Mix all the ingredients into a blender and blend for 10 seconds.
    2. Then place in a bowl, this will be used to dress your wings.

    Blue Cheese Dip or Dressing Recipe

    Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup(s) Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Cup(s) Plain yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup(s) Blue cheese, crumbled
  • Directions

    1. In a bowl whisk mayonnaise, yogurt and stir in crumbled blue cheese.
