Directions
- Cut and peal Celeriac.
- Place in a small pot.
- Pour whole milk over it, just enough to cover.
- Bring to boil.
- Lower heat and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Blend to make a smooth puree.
- For a richer texture you can add butter to the puree.
- Season with salt.
- Serve and enjoy!
