Cheesecake Lollipops

Description
Cheesecake Lollipops dipped in white chocolate then graham cracker crumbs. These delicious bite size desserts are great for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 Pint (s) Cheesecake Mixture (no crust)
- 8 Ounce(s) Weight White Chocolate (or as needed)
- 1/2 Cup(s) Graham Cracker Crumbs
Directions
1. Whip up homemade or store bought cheesecake until smooth and place in a pastry bag
2. Pipe out cheesecake mixture into small dollops (a little larger than a Hershey's kiss)
3. Place popsicle sticks into the dollops and place in freezer until they are firm
4. Take out of freezer and dip into white chocolate
5. After dipping into white chocolate, dip the bottom into graham cracker crumbs
6. Put back into freezer or refrigerator until the chocolate gets firm
7. Serve and enjoy or store in freezer for up to 3 months
