Flourless Chocolate Torte

Description
This Chocolate Torte is a no bake cake recipe, just stick in the Refrigerator. It is also gluten free, flour free and the ingredients are healthy, imagine that for a cake!
Ingredients
- 1 2/3 Cup(s) Pecans
- 3/4 Cup(s) Dates
- 3/4 Cup(s) Coconut, shredded
- 1/4 Cup(s) Coconut Oil
- 1/4 Cup(s) Cocoa Powder
- ¼ Tea Spoon(s) Salt
Directions
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until fine
- Moisten the baking form (ring shape 22 cm) with coconut oil.
- Add the moist crust to the form and press down using your fingers
- Pour filling into crust
- Using a rubber spatula, spread out evenly
- Refrigerate for 2 hours
- Cut around edges to loosen up then remove from pan
- Serve torte with fresh raspberries and whipped cream
- 1 2/3 Cup(s) Cashew Nuts, soaked in water for 6-8 hours
- 3/4 Cup(s) Cocoa Powder
- 3/4 Cup(s) Water
- 3/8 Cup(s) Coconut Oil
- 100 Tea Spoon(s) Agave Syrup
- 1 Tea Spoon(s) Vanilla
- ¼ Tea Spoon(s) Salt
- Strain cashews of all liquid
- Blend all ingredients until smooth
- Pour filling into crust
