Description

A classic martini with a Japanese twist. Saketini is a cocktail that uses Sake and other ingredients such as cucumber and distilled spirits. Saketini comes from popular usage of the suffix "-tini", derived from the name for the classic cocktail, the martini, to denote any alcoholic drink that is served chilled in a cocktail glass.

Ingredients

• 3  Fluid ounce(s) Plain vodka

• 2  Fluid ounce(s) Sake (rice wine)

• 1  Table Spoon(s) Vermouth

• 4  Each Cucumber slices, sliced thin

Directions

1. Pour vodka into a tumbler.
2. Next add vermouth, saki and ice.
3. Cap or cover your tumbler/shaker and mix for 10 seconds.
4. Strain into a chilled martini glass lined with thin slices of cucumber.
