Chef lee Perrotta shows you how to make and old fashioned egg cream. Great for the holidays!


  • 4  Fluid ounce(s) Chocolate milk
  • 1
  • 4  Table Spoon(s) Chocolate syrup
  • 2
  • 4  Fluid ounce(s) Seltzer water
  • 3
  • 1/2  Cup(s) Whipped topping
  • 4


    1. Coat the bottom of your glass or container with the chocolate syrup.
    2. Next pour in the chocolate milk and sletzer water (do not mix).
    3. Finish by topping the glass with whip cream, enjoy!
