Pound(s) Farfalle pasta (for a healthier dish, use multi grain pasta)

Each Zucchini

Each Vidalia or red onion

Cup(s) String beans

Cup(s) Broccoli

Each Carrot

Cup(s) Cherry tomatoes

To Taste Olive oil, salt +pepper

Directions
- Start by chopping and slicing all vegetables.
- Briefly steam carrots, beans and broccoli to Al Dente & set aside.
- In a large frying pan add the olive oil and garlic.
- On medium heat add yellow squash, zucchini and onions.
- Once these caramelize, add the steamed broccoli, beans and carrots.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add to the frying pan.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- For the pasta, bring a large pot of water to a boil, add plenty of salt before adding pasta. Cook pasta Al Dente.
- Drain and add pasta to the vegetables in the frying pan, mix well.
- Serve and enjoy. Parmigiano???
