Chef Stefan will show you step by step how to make a fried lemon spiced fillet of Redfish with wasabi sauce. This is a quick, easy and delicious main dish.


  • 1  Each Fillet, Redfish
  • 1
  • 1  Cup(s) Flour with lemon spice
  • 2
  •  As Needed Frying oil
  • 3
  •  Pinch Salt
  • 4



    1. Debone and clean the redfish fillet.
    2. Leave the skin on.
    3. Cut triangular cuts into the fillet but careful not to go thru the skin.
    4. Dip the fillet onto flour.
    5. Dust of extra flour.
    6. Place in deep fryer at 160 C for 2 1/2 minutes or until golden crispy.
    7. Remove from deep frier and salt lightly.
    8. Serve with rice, carrots and wasabi mayo.
    9. Enjoy!
