Each Garlic Cloves, sliced

Pound(s) Prosciutto, diced

Cup(s) San Marzano Tomatoes, crushed

Each Basil Leaves, chiffonade

Cup(s) Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions
- Add olive oil to saute pan over medium high heat
- Add garlic and red pepper flakes, saute garlic until lightly golden
- Add onions and saute until soft
- Add prosciutto, stir to combine and cook until golden brown
- Add tomatoes and basil
- Season with salt and pepper
- Stir to combine and cook for 8 minutes
- Taste and Season if necessary
- Finish off with butter, mix to melt in with sauce
- Add pasta to sauce and toss to combine
- Let cook for another 2 minutes
- Plate up and garnish with Parmesan cheese and basil
