Description
Garganelli is a homemade pasta similar to farfalle (which you can use). This pasta is sauteed in a sauce made of sweet sausage, butter, white wine and heavy cream. Decadent and delicious.

one_half Pound(s) Fresh Garganelli Pasta or Farfalle, cooked al dente

Ounce(s) Weight Sweet Italian Sausage, removed from its casing

Tea Spoon(s) Garlic, mind

Cup(s) Heavy Cream

one_half Cup(s) Parmesan, grated

Each Parsley Sprig, for garnish

Directions
- Melt butter in a saute pan over medium heat
- Add garlic and sausage
- Mix up sausage and let brown
- Add white wine then the heavy cream
- Add Parmesan cheese
- Let simmer for about 2 - 3 minutes while stirring
- Add pasta to sauce
- saute pasta in sauce and Mix
- Plate up and garnish with a sprig of fresh parsley
