This grilled romaine lettuce wedge salad is a nice contrast between warm & cold. Chef Parente 1st grills the lettuce wedge and then adds some of his aged sherry honey vinaigrette.

Directions
- Season romaine wedge with oil, salt and pepper
- Grill each side for 15 seconds
- Place the lettuce on a serving plate
- Sprinkle bacon, gorgonzola and sherry vinaigrette over it
