Use this Hazelnut Chocolate Glaze recipe the next time you are serving gamey meats, such as duck.

  • 60  Ounce(s) Weight Dark Chocolate
  • 2
  • 40  Ounce(s) Weight Hazelnut Praline

    1. Bring milk to a boil.
    2. In a separate bowl mix the dark chocolate and hazelnut Praline.
    3. Next pour the boiling milk into your mixture of dark chocolate and hazelnut, mix gently.
    4. It is now ready to serve. This goes very well with gamey meats such as duck.
