  • 7 1/8  Ounce(s) Weight Brown Sugar

  • 5 1/4  Ounce(s) Weight Heavy Cream

    1. Melt butter on a hot pan.
    2. Add the brown sugar to the melted butter and stir vigorously until sugar had melted.
    3. Slowly add the cream to the pan and continue to whisk to incorporate.
    4. whisk until caramel sauce is smooth.
