- 4 1/2 Ounce(s) Weight Butter
- 7 1/8 Ounce(s) Weight Brown Sugar
- 5 1/4 Ounce(s) Weight Heavy Cream
- Melt butter on a hot pan.
- Add the brown sugar to the melted butter and stir vigorously until sugar had melted.
- Slowly add the cream to the pan and continue to whisk to incorporate.
- whisk until caramel sauce is smooth.
