Description

Tropical fruits blended together with colorful vegetables make this dish a favorite. You can keep this refrigerated for 3-4 days. Can be served as a topping for fish, poultry, pork, quesadillas, tortilla chips or as a dessert. Yum!


Ingredients

  • 2  Each Mango's, peeled and chopped
  • 1
  • 1/2  Cup(s) Pineapple, peeled and chopped

  • 2  Each Garlic Cloves, crushed
  • 3
  • ½  Each Orange Bell Pepper, finely chopped, seeded
  • 4
  • ½  Each Red Bell Pepper, finely chopped, seeded

  • 1  Each Jalapeno or Chili Pepper, finely chopped, seeded

  • ½  Each Tomato, finely chopped
  • 7
  • 2  Each Limes, juiced
  • 8
  • 1/2  Cup(s) Chilantro, chopped

Directions

    1. In a medium sized bowl, mix all ingredients together
    2. Can be served room temperature but best if chilled so flavors can incorporate
    3. Juices will form as it settles
