Each Mango, ripe

Cup(s) Shallots or red onion, finely chopped

Each Red Chili, finely chopped

Cup(s) Lemon juice

Each Pomegrante or (150 ml)

Cup(s) Coriander, roughly chopped

Directions
- Cut the mango into ½ inch cubes
- Chop the chili, shallots and coriander (Cilantro)
- Mix everything together in a bowl, season with sea salt, and if the fruits are sour you can season with a little bit of maple syrup.
