This Miso Marinated Sea Bass recipe is a light and healthy dish but this marinade can be used with beef or chicken as well.


  • 10  Ounce(s) Weight Sea Bass Filet, skin on
  • 1
  • 1/2  Cup(s) Sake
  • 2
  • 1  Table Spoon(s) Mirin
  • 3
  • 1/2  Cup(s) White Miso
  • 4


    1. Add sake and mirin to a pot on high heat
    2. Bring to a boil and let cook for 30 seconds
    3. Remove from heat and pour into a mixing bowl
    4. Add miso and whisk together until fully combined
    5. Slice fish into desired serving sizes
    6. Add fish to marinade and let sit for 20 minutes
    7. Heat grill
    8. Place fish on grill skin side down
    9. grill skin until crispy then flip over to cook other side
    10. grill until desired doneness
    11. Serve and enjoy
