Description

Watch Chef Phil prepare Blue Ling with cauliflower and potatoes. Delicious, healthy and an easy dinner to make.


Ingredients

  • 1  Each Blue Ling, skinless filet
  • 1
  • 2  Table Spoon(s) Butter
  • 2
  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Oil
  • 3
  • 5  Each Cauliflower, florets
  • 4
  • 5  Each Potatoes, small
  • 5
  •  To Taste Radish
  • 6
  •  To Taste Watercress oil
  • 7
  •  To Taste Watercress
  • 8

Directions

     

    1. Season Blue Ling fillet with salt and pepper.
    2. Place on a hot skillet.
    3. When golden, flip and cook the other side.
    4. When it is firm to touch it is ready.
    5. In a different pan add butter and oil and add raw cauliflower florets.
    6. Saute cauliflower until slightly golden.
    7. Add small boiled potatoes in with the cauliflower.
    8. Serve the Blue Ling with cauliflower puree and micro-greens.
    9. Enjoy!
