Pan Seared Tuna with Asian Slaw

Description
Seared just right to give it a sushi feel, Light and delicious.
Ingredients
- 24 Ounce(s) Weight Sushi Quality Tuna, cut into 4 equal portions
- 1/4 Cup(s) Sesame Seeds, black & white
- 1 Each Sliced Cucumbers
- 2 Cup(s) Asian Slaw
- As Needed Wasabi
- As Needed Soy Sauce Reduction
- As Needed Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1/8 Cup(s) Oil
Directions
- Coat tuna in sesame seeds
- Sear Tuna in a very hot sauté pan with oil, 30 seconds on each side
- On a plate, fan out cucumbers, place Asian Slaw on top, then slice tuna on bias and lay it on top of the Asian Slaw
- Roll wasabi into a ball and place on plate
- Drizzle with soy sauce reduction and chili sauce
- Serve and enjoy!
