Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl until combined
- Push dry ingredients to sides of bowl exposing bottom middle of bowl
- Using a rubber spatula, add pumpkin puree to middle of bowl with milk, apple sauce and eggs
- Fold in chocolate chips
- Add batter into lightly greased muffin tins
- Bake in oven for 15 - 22 minutes
- Remove from oven and let cool
