Chef Toti's red onion jam recipe is great to add the next time you're grilling a lamb steak. It also has application for other meats.


  • 2  Each Red onion
  • 1
  • 3/8  Cup(s) Red wine
  • 2
  • 3/8  Cup(s) Sherry vinegar
  • 3
  • 3 1/2  Ounce(s) Weight Sugar
  • 4


    1. Slice up the red onions and place in a sauce pot on medium heat.
    2. Next add the red wine.
    3. Then add the sherry vinegar and sugar.
    4. Let this reduce for approximately 10 minutes.
    5. The jam is now ready to serve with your favorite meat. I like to use it for lamb, see my recipe by clicking here.
