Chef Toti's red onion jam recipe is great to add the next time you're grilling a lamb steak. It also has application for other meats.

Cup(s) Red wine

Cup(s) Sherry vinegar

Directions
- Slice up the red onions and place in a sauce pot on medium heat.
- Next add the red wine.
- Then add the sherry vinegar and sugar.
- Let this reduce for approximately 10 minutes.
