Chef Karl shows you how easy it is to make a rich rustic french provincial pizza that is topped with olives, onions, prarmesan cheese and so much more.....


Ingredients

  • 1  Pound(s) Pizza Dough
  • 1
  • 3  Each Spanish Onions
  • 2
  • 1  Each Red Onion
  • 3
  • 1  Ounce(s) Weight Olive Oil
  • 4
  • 1/4  Cup(s) Black Olives chopped
  • 5
  • 15  Each Anchovies
  • 6
  • 1/2  Cup(s) Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • 7
  •  To Taste Fresh Herbs
  • 8
  •  To Taste Black Pepper
  • 9
  • 1  Cup(s) All Purpose Flour
  • 10

Directions

    1. Cut pizza dough in 1/3s
    2. Slap out pizza dough
    3. Par bake on a pizza stone for 5 min at 450 degrees
    4. Top with ingredients
    5. Finish in oven until cheese is melted
    6. Cut and serve
