Description

Salmon with teriyaki sauce and broccoli salad recipe.


Ingredients

  • 6  Ounce(s) Weight Salmon fillet
  • 1

Directions

    1. Season salmon filet with salt and pepper.
    2. Grill for 1 minute on each side.
    3. Place on over safe plate and add a dash of melted butter over it.
    4. Bake in the oven for 4 min at 190 C or 375 F.
    5. Let rest for a couple of minutes and serve.

     

     

    Broccoli Salad with Greek Yogurt

    Ingredients

  • 1 Cup(s) Broccoli
  • ½ Each Red Onion
  • 1 ½ Tea Spoon(s) Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Table Spoon(s) Honey
  • 1 Table Spoon(s) Water
  • Tea Spoon(s) Cranberries
  • Tea Spoon(s) Roasted Walnuts
  • Directions

    1. Dice onion and cut broccoli into small pieces.
    2. In another bowl whisk together greek yogurt, honey and water.
    3. Combine everything in one bowl.
    4. Add cranberries, walnuts and mix well.
    5. Garnish with micro-greens.

     

     

    Potatos

    Ingredients

  • 1 Each Potato
  • Pinch Salt
  • 1 Each Kombu
  • 1/4 Cup(s) Bonito flakes
  • Pinch Horseradish
  • Pinch Garlic
  • 2 Table Spoon(s) Spring onion, finely chopped
  • Directions

    1. With the peel on cut the potato into cubes and place in a pot.
    2. Add water and a pinch of salt, kombu leaf and bonito flakes.
    3. Boil until potatoes are soft to the touch about 20 minutes.
    4. Remove the kombu leave and bonito flakes.
    5. Mash the potatoes a little bit.
    6. Grate horseradish and garlic in with potatoes.
    7. Add finely chopped spring onions and mix well.

    Teriyaki Sauce

    Ingredients

  • 2 Table Spoon(s) Mirin sauce
  • 2 Table Spoon(s) Soy sauce
  • 2 Table Spoon(s) Saki
  • 3 1/2 Ounce(s) Weight Sugar
  • Directions

    1. In a pot add mirin sauce, soy sauce, saki and sugar.
    2. Bring to a boil and reduce by half.
    3. Serve in a small container next to the salmon.
